Reports all print shifted to the left

All of a sudden my IT guy somehow changed the something that is causing all my reports to display and print shifted way to the right. We are using Crystal 11 It truncates half of the report in the viewer but when I open the created report in Crystal everything is fine. I cannot see anything going on here and know it isn't anything to do with the reports. Are there any setting that could cause this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like a print driver issue to me.

Display for who, and using what to display? Enterprise?

As smcnulty2000 says, it is quite common for a Crystal report to look fine on the screen and come out differently on the printer. Check if something has changed for the printer, or the software linked to it.
