I like it!
I find it is a lot more complicated that Impromptu, but it can do more of the thingd that I want it to do.
Shortcomings, for me, lie in the lack of documentation and support available. Someone writes those errors, so they must know what they mean...but there is very little help on the knowledgebase.
I found that the upgrade to MR1 was pretty bad for us, too.
The front end is amazing and it's great for the users.
