Can ReportNet combine data from SAP BW and other sources in the same report?

Could somebody share your experiences deploying ReportNet with SAP BW +/-?

You can connect to multiple data sources in the same framework manager model. I have successfully used both SAP BW data sources and SAP security without any issues. If you have some more specific questions, please feel free to ask them. Thanks.

Flex, thanks for sharing your comments. I was looking at the demo of SAP BW and ReportNet, and noticed that ReportNet supports package versioning.

If I use package versioning, where does the user picks the version of the package to use? As an Administrator, can I see the differences between packages for easy comparison? Can I do report versioning in ReportNet as well?

Users do not pick the version of the package. It will always use the one that the report was created against until the report is upgraded to use the new package in Report Studio. Once this is done, that is the version of the model that will be used. There is no going back and forth.
