Reporting for call piolit

Can not get RCC reports to show up. Also can't get the Skillset to show up in the reporting on the server page.

Any ideas. On site now.
 
Is this a MICS or BCM setup?

I'm assuming you have entered the key codes for call center and this setup has been working on the PC.

When you log into RCC as admin, what does the connection status show you under the Reports tab?

Have you assigned the skillsets to the RCC users?

You don't have ConsoleNET loaded on the same server as RCC do you?

Under the connections tab, are showing 100% download?

Has your customer had any computer network problems with the same timing as your RCC trouble? If so, you may need to reload RCC on the server.
 
have you solved this issue...i am having the same problem with a RCC on the CP150 using MICS...can't display skillsets

Both RCC server and the ckient software have been installed on the same pc
 
I had replied on your other post Collin1

- try using a different pc for the RCC(just for testing)
- the Reporting server may not be pulling the info from the CP and/or the RCC may not be viewing the data from the webhost - isolating that will help troubleshooting
 
I agree with Senk1s about putting them on separate servers.

Convertec.ca says that ConsoleNet and RCC don't play well together at all and that they have to reside on separate servers.
 
Sorry, I misread your reply. Forhet what I said about ConsoleNet, you were talking about RCC and RCC Client instead...my bad
 
Search all my threads for this issue. I have installed this application twice with problems, but finally got them worked out. And both app's are on the same computer.
