Reporting for Call Center

Hi Guys, since the reporting for call center on call pilot has never been updated for Windows 7 before going obsolete is there a third party software out there that will give the detailed reports on a call pilot 100. Specifically looking for abandoned calls, time in queue and total calls, the usual stuff.

windows 7 has the win xp shell for older programs
that might be the way to go
don't know of a 3rd party software ,myself anyway
