Is there a way of collecting stats of usage peak and non peak times and other info for graphing. even for stats on exchange and sql. My boss wants to create graphs for upper management to show our loads on the server.

HI.

You can start by using the built in Performance logs from the Administrative tools.

There is a sample "System Overview" Counter log that can be used as a starting point.
