Hi Chaps,

I have a from that prints reports based on certain criteria set. You select a site name and view a number of different reports for that site.
The problem is that when a user wants to print all reports for a number of selected sites, selected in a list box, I want the reports to be printed in a specific order eg if I select London and New York together then I want rptPhysicalDetailsn and rptExpenditure for London to be printed off then rptPhysicalDetails and rptExpenditure for New York to be printed off so that the user doesnt then have to sort the sheets of paper into piles.

Cheers

Try making a table with the table names. Then add a sorting field. input the order 1,2,3,4,5 etc. Make a query that pulls from the table and then sort by the Sorting field, or sort according to other parameters. Then use a marco to go through the query record by record. By filtering the query you can allow reports to be in the query or not by adding a print field(YES/NO).

I hope this helps or at least gives you some ideas.
