We have a number of reports which use boxes. These are all shaded and have the rounded edges (used for displaying totals, headings etc).

When sent directly to the printer, the format is fine. However if they are viewed on the screen, then these boxes lose their formatting. They are just square cornered with no shading.

Any ideas on why these settings may be lost when reports are previewed?

Also, when the reports are exported to a .pdf format, the boxes keep the shading but lose the rounded corners. Also the font on text objects and fields are changed to Times Roman?

Thanks for any help

Steve
