Report Net - Failed to Read IPF Startup Parameters

Hi All,

I am facing the below error when my Tomcat tries to configue my Dispatcher. Please let me know your inputs on this. I am stuck badly

Stop the ReportNet service, delete the csk, signkeypair and encryptkeypair folders (configuration directory) and try again.
