Report Margins Are Resetting

After I have compiled my report and am ready to run it in runtime mode, I discover that my report margins have reset to Left - 18.055", Right - 0.166", Top - 9.083" and Bottom - 0.181".

I have set the system variable for orientation to Portrait. I have set the Width for the Body Section to 8.5", the Height to 11" and the orientation to Portrait.

Do you have any suggestions to help my print setup margins remain set?
