Once a quarter (and sometime more often), I need to change field names in a report with an exact one-for-one change.  On my queries, I just open a query in the SQL view, copy it to MSWord, and do a quick replace all, then copy it back to MSAccess.  Quick, and very few problems, if any.  I would like to do the same with reports, but have not figured out yet how to do it.  Is there a way?

If you are using version 2000, there is a built in way. It is called Name AutoCorrect and you can find out about it in Help. If you are using a previous&nbsp;&nbsp;version, there is a 3rd-party tool that does this made by <A HREF=" TARGET="_new">

Thanks so much for your quick response. Yes, I am using Access 97.&nbsp;&nbsp;I can not find the product you mentioned at FMS.&nbsp;&nbsp;Do you remember the name?

Sorry, I got my Access 3rd-party vendors mixed up! I was thinking of&nbsp;&nbsp;Speed Ferret at <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> this is a search and replace for an entire db except for one place. I'm not sure if I remember this correctly but I <i>think</i> the one place is the RowSource property. Those I think you still have to check manually but for me it worked like a charm on everything else.
