Hi guys,

I've got an annoying recurring problem with a report. It's a simple report, displaying some boolean fields and some date fields, all from one table. It's set to preview in landscape orientation in design view, to accomodate the large number of fields. Basically, the first time I launch the report it appears in portrait view, every subsequent time it appears as it should in landscape. This happens every time I open the database. I'm not doing anything clever, the report is launched from a form using a command button set up by a wizard. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Many thanks

Paul

There is a seperat sector on access reports.
For now, I would think the landscape property is not set in the design itself (or maybe the default printer doesn;t support landscape). To set a specific printer, choose in design mode /pagesetup/page/use specific printer/choose printer, printer properties...

Sorry guys, I was unaware of the Reports forum. Thanks for your replies.
