I hope someone can help me with this problem!
When I preview my report all data shows but when I print it out it just shows the data in the report header. I have no suppress in the details section.
What if you suppress the report header?
What if you insert a second detail section below the first and move the fields to that section? Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting

Thanks for your answer but unfortunately it didn't help. I tried to suppress the report header but it's the same problem... I also have two details sections but the data doesn't show in any of them.
You have an unusual problem and you haven't given us much to go on. Please see the FAQ on "Questions should include" so that you can include the basics.
Are you launching from an app, or from the CR design environment?
Have you tried selecting a different printer?

Sorry, I didn't see that there were any "Questions should include" to look at. Anyway, I managed to fix my problem myself. It seemed like I had to have the "primary key field" in the details section too, I didn't know that.
Thanks anyway for taking the time and trying to help me!
Well, I can't see how that would solve the problem, but I don't argue with success.
