Report Distribution

Are there alternative methods for report distribution besides CE? The company I just started with would like to have a menu of some sort where a few users can access reports anytime. They don't want to spend the money for full-blown CE, so does anyone have any ideas on a cheap and easy way to accomplish this?

In addition to Crystal Reports Server XI ( a lower cost method than Enterprise) thre are 3rd party CR viewers out there, some listed here:
