Report design -- defaults to putting dashed line squares around fields

In Access 2007 Report Design...I want to move a field around but when I click on it, its in a dashed line box.
How can I get it back to regular design mode.

Go to the arrange tab and look for the REMOVE button , i can be more specific tomorrow when I am at work if you can't find it

This drove me nuts when I first got 2007
