Report Creation - Requirements/Specifications ??

Excel sheets with report template
PDF sample sheets - Usually to produce AS-IS reports
SQL queries where you will have to figure out what fields are being pulled out and what type of joins are being made on etc.
Word documents specifying the minutest details including breaks, pagebys, headers, footers etc.
