REPLY not wokring

When a voice mail message is listened to there is a feature called REPLY number 9. This will work to transfer the caller to an extension if that is where the call came form but it says "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THIS FEATURE" if the call comes from an outside line.

You need to enable outdial for that mailbox to be able to go external.
Line,pool,route?

thank you, how about if a 1 or a 9 has to be inserted in the number

also for example what if it's an international call?

I tested it on an MB that does have OutDial and still says "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THIS FEATURE

Seems the voice mail is restricting the call could be linked to the class of service.

The ports on the phone system must be allowed to do on off prem transfer: Allow Redirect, Lines Supervised.
