Replication Masters -- Please help me

Hi all
I am in the process of replicating my database through snapshot replication.

My database is Oracle 8.0.5
I am using Replication Manager 1.6.0

I have created a public database link ‘ORACLE’ from my snapshot server to the existing database.

Though Replication Manager
1. I have set up my MASTER SITE (my existing database).
2. Created the master group with 50 tables
3. Scheduled the link ‘ORACLE’

4. I have setup the snapshot site.

Now I want to create the snapshot group corresponding to my master group.After selecting master group, and respective tables and finally at the time of creation...

It is giving an error ‘ ra-23378 connection qualifier is not valid for the object group’
What could be the reason?

Incidentally I hv only one master group and only one database link
How can I rectify this problem
Somebody please throw some light into this…

Did you test the DB-link previously by executing a select using it?

Hello,
My database link is working properly.
I could even create the master group and Master Refresh group. Problem coming at the time of creating snapshot refresh group...
