Replication Exec

Is anybody running Replication Exec currently? I attended a seminar from Veritas yesterday and liked what I heard about the product, but was wondering how it works in a production environment?

I use it but I dont have it tied in the Backup Exec.
Works great replicating data between Wan Sites as long as you have a good connection.
Also works well as a disk to disk solution.

Do you use it to back up databases? One concern raised was that Veritas states it is a file level tool, not one intended for larger databases but they have a 'work around'.
