Replacing NTDW 60 MGC

I have to replace an DW60 MGC card. I have not been able to find any doc's on this. The existing card has a compact flash and so does the replacement. Should I use the existing flash or go entirely new.
Any firmware requirements?

Go entirely new. Just set the IP addresses like you would a new one and the call server and mgc will take it all from there.

I negated to say that I am presently in a lab environment working on returned DW60's with existing compact flash.
Should I still be able to use return card and flash to test.
