Hello people,
Any one know if replacement LCD's are obtainable?

I have a customer that loves to thump his phone and i said I would check before selling him a new one!

Thanks in advance

Bruce

Hit him with the phone and ask how it feels and tell him that his phone "feels" the same.
That is why it is broken :)

This is not made up, i have had a colleague who actually did this :)

When you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I could not possibly call him and idiot :)

Some amusing ideas!

I thought of MM but for one screen it seems that it will be cheaper to give him a new phone.

Will give them a try and see.

let you know how it goes.

thanks

just replace it with a second user handset bought from MM and keep the other (repaired) one in stock for a future replacement

Just sell a new one.
Perhaps there will be a lesson learned?

No lesson learned I'm afraid, this is the second handset I have sold because of the same problem :)

Do you make a livingbout of it and the customer can it's frustrations on the phone :)

I whised every customer did that once a week, good for our business, maybe we can adjust our selling proposal with a advise to destress with demolishing the phones once a week?
