Replacement for Office's chart tools

Hi, guys,

I need to creat relatively complex diagrams, but feel the tools that come with the office are really too simple for my purpose.

I would like to know about some advanced alternatives that would provide advanced drawing capability and good integration with office, especially word.


oh, yeah, i know about Visio, but think it is toooooo big and complex.


I would like someting that's relatively light.
