Replacement for MultivoipAV units eg H.323 terminal adapters

Is there anything out there nowadays? Quite often needs come up at remotes sites for a single analog station or CO line and the Multitech MultiVOIP AV units were good for this. There's a lot of SIP stuff out there of course but what about H.323 devices that will work with a CM6 PBX without session manager?

Have you contacted Multitech support? I know that initially they were not supported in CM6, but I thought I heard that Multitech was able to create a "fix" with new firmware. I would check with them.
