Just recently replaced a defective 2616D (it was totally dead), with a new (or refurbished), 2616D - now, when the user attempts to use the phone via handsfree, he can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear him (possible dead microphone) - but is there something I can check in LD 20 to see if maybe something got zapped in the programming?
