replace m2250 with m2616 1

Change out m2250 on opt 11 rel 25 to m2616. Was able to out the ATDN 1849 and add it to the new 2616 key 0. All work well and can 0 out from call pilot. Not able to 0 out from any phone on the pbx. Looking for help getting my internal 0 out to front desk back. I think that I need to out ATDN 0 and build it in ld 23 to ncfw to 1849. Do not know how to out ATDN 0.

not sure, but I think if you remove the ATDN by x-ing it and then build an acd of 0, sounds like it should work

if u can print it, u should b able to out it. what do u get when u print your LDN_Data in LD 21? i would also check the books for your prompts in LD 17.

prt your att data and post, also, I think you want to add 4 digits to LDN0, do your calls inbound come in on a pri?

Calls com in to 81 c via ds3 then sent to opt 11 via t1 PRI. all 4 didget dialing from internal and accross t1. 1849 was the 0 out from all class rooms until I removed the m2250. 1849 is not on key 0 but no 0 out.

Go to nite_data in the cdb and make nit1 the dn of the m3904. When you don't have a console the system thinks it is in nights.

Added 1849 to nit1 and tested it. It worked. Thank you. Is this a easy fix or the correct way? I thought that I needed to assign 0 to ncfw to 1849.

I have seen it done both ways. I like to leave it this way so when you print a dnb on 0 it shows up as att and not as just an acdn. ACDN's are easy to delete.

Found 1 problem. Customer reports no cpnd from calls inside PBX. Shows DN but no name. External calls are fine. So this is only when people press 0. Any ideas? I am sooo close

i didn't read the complete post but remember, your switch is now in nights.. so be sure both the nite_data and the night idc entries are as needed... we replaced our 6 2250's with symposium controlled 3905's... not a big problem, just needed to address each issue... "0" is now a cdn, we get symposium reports on all operator related numbers... very important at a hosp, they do all the code pages... the time between the orig call and the response team action is paramont..
