repeating vsmon error

Why is this "vsmon" error occuring? How do I get rid of it? It seems to have some connection with the free Zone Alarm firewall.

To resolve vsmon error, it is to re-install zonealarm.

I have uninstalled Zone Alarm and reinstalled it, but the "vsmon" error persists.

In that case, may be it's kind of bootstrap. First scan the system for virus
