Repeating cell in excel

I have a 50 page spreadsheet where I need to have a single cell in the left column repeat at the top of each page and then the remaining cells in that column on that page remain blank. There are 12 different cells headings that need to repeat. For example, the first 7 pages the cell will be "Central District", then the next 3 pages have "West District" and so on. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this without having to do it manually one page at a time?
 
If by 50 pages you mean 50 sheets (and assuming you don't do this regularly which would then be best automated with vba), then I'd suggest selecting all the relevent sheets by shift-clicking on each sheet tab that will require the input "Central District" and then simply typing "Central District" in the necessary cell. That way it automatically duplicates the single input on all the selected sheets. You would then repeat this process for each change in input i.e. for "West District" and so on.

Thanks...that was what I was planning on doing..just wondering if there was some other way I didn't consider.
