repeat mailings of one email

any suggestions for an email that sends itself over and over again to the same person. have checked for viruses with most recent definitions from Symantec but found nothing. Thanks.

Is the person able to completely download the email or is it timing out.

No trouble downloading. It arrives in its entirety every day. Must be a bug no? But how to find it.

How many times does the client actually send the message?

A coworker recently had the same problem with Outlook 2000, only more severe. There were about 12 messages "stuck" in his outbox that were repeatedly sent to those he originally addressed them to. I was eventually able to fix the problem by closing his Outlook and running SCANSPST.exe on his PST file. I'm sure it didn't help things that his PST file was about 2 gigs! It took about a half hour for SCANPST.exe to fix the problem, but once it did, all problems were gone. You may also find this microsoft article useful:
