Repair Network Permission 1

Is there a way to give normal users the right to repair a network connection or renew their IP address? Currently when a user right clicks on their lan connection, the repair option is grayed out.

Start, Run, lusrmgr.msc
Double-click Groups
Double-click Network Configuration Operators
Add the Group Everyone

I warn you that this new group is not all powerful in terms of network connection items, but it certainly will allow you to do a Repair with the Network Icon.
