Rename local Administrator account

I think it can be done under Administrative Tools > Computer management, Users. Right-click on the Administrator account and rename it. I am on a Linux box at the moment, so it may not be 100% correct. I know for a fact that it is a setting under Administrative Tools, so if I am wrong, have a poke around and see if you can find it.
