We have a user who has remarried, so her last name is now different. In the system we use user names of FirstInitialLastName, so "Bob Smith" would then be "bsmith". So in this case, we might want to change it to "Bob Jones" and change the login to "bjones".
So I went in and changed her email, name, login, etc. I logged her out of her system and then went back in. It still sees her name as the old one in her system. If I send her an email from my Outlook, it shows her new name in the email (it recognizes it from AD), and she gets it. But when she sends an email on her side, it still shows up as her old name.
I went into her mail profile and made sure that it pointed to this new location, but in the Outlook accounts section, it appears to be locked on her old username.
Any ideas on what I am missing? I have done this before and it worked smoothly, I thought I did the same thing this time and it doesn't appear to be working.
Thanks
