removing whitespace

Im trying to remove the whitespace after the title and the Meadow Lark Companies link.....this is for an email signature...but when I send the email there is a gap of whitespace in between it....could someone take a look at this as I'm not sure exactly what to remove to get rid of this whitespace....thanks

It looks like you need to sort out where a "p" and a "br" tag is appropriate. These do different things to line spacing.
