Hi All,
We currently have a Folder Redirection GPO setup to re-direct users My Documents Only to a file server.
What are the best practices for removing a single user (x employee) from folder redirection? Do I need to deny the GPO for that single user (or remove the user from the Group that the GP is applied to) and log on to a machine with that users credentials to re-direct My Documents back to a workstation? Then taking ownership of users folder on the server (because I think that even if you turn off re-direction and the folder is directed back the workstation, the copy on the server will stay. Correct?).
Or do I Just simply disable the account, Remove it from the Group, take ownership of the user folder and be done with it?
Thanks
