Removing LOG OFF from OPTIONS menu on 4620IP

Just played with this yesterday.
In your 46xxsettings.txt file change the parameter for SET OPSTAT to be 110 (you may also need to uncomment the line by removing the two #'s".
I'm not sure that software rev this came in with, but if you're up to date it will work.
Note: the "mute LOGOFF #" will still work.
## When OPSTAT is set to 110, the user can invoke all the options except
## the Log-Off option on the 4610 and 4620. For the 4630 this setting
## is the same as 111.
