Hi all, I am trying to figure out how to find duplicate records in a single table, and remove all but one of those records. I would also like to insert the records I am deleting into an audit table, any thoughts?
thanks!

In Access help, if you do a search for delete duplicates, it gives you a step by step process on how to do this. It is pretty quick too. I think it is an append query, but I don't remember for sure.

Sorry I thought I was in the Access forum. Can you get your data into Access?
