Hi, i need a function to call back to missed call number. I can set PHNOL 0 if i want to add prefix 0. But from telco there comes 9 in front, which i need to remove. Any ideas?

I found, i get modify callerid on trunk group, but call back still not working.

Now i get message:
short inter-digit delay due to overlapping entries cid 0xd05

and busy signal.

settings.txt file is correct, with 'set PHNOL 0' line.

My called number is being modified:

15:46:36 short inter-digit delay due to overlapping entries cid 0xd05
15:46:36 dial 08xxxxxxxx# route:ARS
15:46:36 term trunk-group 13 cid 0xd05
15:46:36 dial 08xxxxxxxx# route:ARS

list trace station 324 Page 3

It is dialing 08xxxxxxxx but sending 98xxxxxxxx.

>I can set PHNOL 0

Are you using 0 for a ARS access code?

Are you using ISDN and an ETSI type protocol?

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Yes, I'm using 0 as ARS access code. ISDN protocol is ETSI.
