Removing Contacts from Mailbox

Hello! I have a problem with one users mailbox.
When clicking on address book in his outlook, it lists 2 Contacts. One works great and the other is dead. When clicked on, it pops up that it cannot be accessed. In his outlook folder list, it shows only one Contact and it works. How can I remove the dead one?

I would first try setting the user up with a new Outlook profile to verify that it is an Exchange issue and not an Outlook issue.
