Removing Appearence Keys on 5402 V3 Handsets

The only thing i can remember is that the call logs doesn't work wich is not a issue with the 5402 stations.

considering the lax of features on the 5402 handset I would perosnaly recomend removing all the call aperances, manly because Brtish users do no like multi-line apperances anyway.
it is not such an easy call on the lager phones because it stops the call log functions from working (although taht should not be a problem if the useres are usng PhoneManager)

I've heard from a collegue that there is a RFA on this by Avaya just because we don't like call appearances in europe and the docs say you can use the IPO as a pabx without the CA buttons.
