Removing a Media Gateway

I relocated all the cards to other cabinet. What other steps need to take place before powering down the self?

 
Well, I believe it is safe to power off a Media Gateway . You could pull out the MGC card from slot 0 , if you have any on it. And then its just an empty cabinet to power off ?
 
ok, do I need to remove anything from programming?
