Is there a way to remove a failed update from the server (S8400). I tried both the 5.2.1 service pack 6 update and the 5.2.1 security patch update today, and both failed. Now, it won't let me do anything with them. The following was the results I got when trying to unpack the security update, but the service pack 6 update said the same thing:

dadmin@S8400-7> update_unpack

If you have downloaded the files from support webpage, they were probably not fully downloaded.
Has happened to me a few weeks ago.
There is no way to remove the files with dadmin, because of user rights.
You have to open a ticket and Avaya techs will remove them for you.
