We would like to use our Public Folders to hold archived email for users. We send alot of attachments, sometime the total becoming greater than 10 MB (graphics files).

How do I remove the set 10 MB limit for public folder posts? And if I can't, what is the next best solution to storing emails with large attachments in some sort of shared tree?

Thanks in advance.

You need to go to the properties of your Pulic Folder Store, click on the Limits tab, and uncheck (or change) this setting from the default 10240 limit.

Beware that if you do choose to uncheck, this can quickly consume disk space if there are no other policies in place.

Hope This Helps,

Good Luck!

Ah ha...I see how that works. Thanks!
