Hey, if understand you correctly, you just need right click and chose "close language bar". It must not appear again.
But if you meant smth else, check Language bar under control panel.

If you just want to turn off the Language bar right-click the Language bar (icon) on the Taskbar, and then click Close the Language bar.

Have you installed any Speech Recognition software that might be causing your problem?

I know how to close an unwanted toolbar. Everytime I close the language bar but when I start windows it is on the taskbar. So I do not know what to do.

Have you tried going into:

Control Panel->Regional and Language Options->Languages->Details->Settings->Language Bar

and un cheching the checkbox that says "Show Language bar on Desktop"

See if that does something.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.

The other option is to make sure you consistently use only one same Language/Country throughout the Regional options, Language Settings and Keyboard, then there wil be no choices and no language bar.

Having said that, if you have any enhanced settings, e.g. Cymraeg Enhanced UK, then it may well key popping up, despite having closed the Language bar.
