Remove Embedded images in Outlook 2k3

I'm having a big problem with spam coming with embedded images that I'm sure are going back to the spam engine thus sending droves of more spam my way.

With my email system we have to open the email to forward it to our mail support staff (thus my problem)

Anyone have any idea on how to block this stuff.
