remove check box for logging on via dial-up

Are you speaking of the Dial-In tab on user accounts in Active Directory? Are you looking for a way to disable this on one account or many (scripted..)?
Start w/ AD Users/Computers on the account in question and look at the Dial-in tab to see if this is what you are looking at.
