Remove Blank Pages from a Document

I have a document of 15 pages that I created from a template for creating design documents,but after making changes there are several blank pages.How do I remove these pages from the document? I have tried deleting these pages but it doesn't work.
Please help!

1. Do you have any Section breaks.

2. If so, do any of them explicitly start as "Next Page", or "Odd Page, or "Even Page"?

If these are there you need to fix them first. It is easy to write a routine that would remove blank pages. However, if the structure of the document itself (through Section definitions) creates blank pages, then that structure has to be adjusted.
