I have a set entry in OTM but it has been deleted via the terminal> how do I get the entry info out of OTM so I can reprogram the set in OTM and not get an TN in use error

I assume you mean that it was deleted in the PBX
but is still in OTM,if so, on the PBX build a set
on the TN of the same set type that it is in OTM,
highlight that entry, go to edit select delete then
transmit it to the PBX.

a reconsile should accomplish what you're looking for

Thanks all

the reconcile did not do it I had to do what informidicate had suggested it was the only way it would get it out.

use white-out on the screen

If this happens again you could go into station, station administration, highlight the set that you want to remove. on the tool bar select edit, global update. A menu will appear select from the menu SSTAT. OLD VALUE = TRN NEW VALUE = NEW. Select ADD, then OK The SYNC status of the set has now been changed to new. From the tool bar select EDIT , then DELETE, this will delete the item from OTM. Seems like a lot of work but when you do it a few times it becomes easy. Or you can use Johns idea and jus use white out.

I assume your talking of OTM 2 and not 3 as this is not an option in 3.

Thx
