Hi,
I'm wondering how I can remove (or hide?) rows of a query when multiple rows have the same information in only one field, not "entirely exact" across all fields. The query is used on a subform, and as I cycle through the entire query, I only need to see one instance of a particular value in a particular field.
I've tried to show totals and then "First" on the particular field that I don't want any repeats, but the query still shows all values in that field, and I think it's because since the *entire* rows are not equal, the query still includes them. I'm using Microsoft Access.
You'd think this would be a simple thing to do... Thanks in advance!
Greg
