I have 2 MICS MCDN, Centralized VM via ptp. What I need is a way to forward calls coming in on site A to the site B Operator and have the proper Auto Attendant play.
I have forwarded & line redirected calls to remote Operator but the user's mailbox answers the call. Any ideas or workarounds?
