Is the AA main greeting programmed as the system greeting or a mailbox greeting? As jpruder mentioned, you can FTP into the 3300 and pull the file, then use Audacity to change the format and save a backup copy of it. You have to FTP into the /vmail partition, if it's the main system greeting it will be in /vmail/temp/db/backup/vmail, the filename will vary a bit but it will have "day" in it and be a .vox file. Individual mailbox greeting and names will be in the .tar files in this same folder. Once you've done an FTP download to a PC, you can import them as raw data into Audacity, change the import settings to import the file as "U-Law", change the "Channels" setting to mono, and change the sample rate to 8000. Then you can export it from Audacity into whatever format you need.
