remote recording of announcements 1

how will you record your announcement?
Is there someone who will speak the announcement in or do you have the annoucement on an CD like *.wav
If you have an wav file than i don't know but what you can try something.
activate remote acces "ch rem" and give it an extension-number that you can call from your site.
Barrier code length for example 4
Barrier code is your activation code example 1234
Use an COR and COS with the right permissions.
Expiration date is the date till you want to use it
No. of calls stands for the numbers of calls you can call that extension number
Now call the extension number you have enterd on the Remote access field.
(now you hear dial tone)
type your barrier code, we used 1234
(dial tone again)
At this moment you can call all the extensions in your remote switch and you can use all the feature access code.
Now you enter the Announcement access code.
enter now your announcement extension you want to record and choose 1 for recording.
play your wav file through your phone or speak the announcement in.
Just try some things when you have your announcemts on CD.
